About Us
Founded in 2022, ViVi Stationery began with a love for paper goods and handmade creativity.
We first offered vintage scrapbooking and journaling supplies. Many sticker and paper sets were sold in large quantities. We repacked them into smaller bundles. This gave customers more variety at a lower cost.
In 2024, we introduced the Sticky Mat. It helps separate stickers, especially PET stickers, more easily. The process becomes clearer and cleaner.
In 2025, we developed our own transfer stickers for paper. Many UV DTF transfer stickers work well on hard surfaces. However, they may damage paper surfaces. We created a version optimized for paper, while still suitable for smooth surfaces such as glass, wood, and acrylic.
We later developed a matte transfer sticker after extensive testing and refinement. The matte finish blends naturally with paper. It creates a softer look for card making, journaling, and scrapbooking.
Over time, our focus became clearer. We design and refine stickers that are beautiful, practical, and easier to use. Every product is tested before release and improved through real customer feedback.
In late 2025, ViVi Stationery® was officially registered as a U.S. trademark after a formal legal review process. This reflects our long-term commitment to quality and accountability.
As we move into 2026 and beyond, our goal remains simple.
We create aesthetic, functional, easy-to-use stickers made for everyday crafting and decorating.
Our Warehouse
Pack with care
To ensure the safety of your items, we use a careful multi-layer packaging approach. Most orders are protected with paper sleeves or bubble wrap, boxes, and outer bags. Smaller items are placed in bubble bags and an additional protective bag.
Our goal is to keep your order safe from moisture and transit damage. Before shipping, we inspect all products that do not require sealed packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition.
